Opportunity: One of the fastest-growing restaurant concepts in the U.S. had a great product, loyal customers, and was ready for a brand evolution. Quiznos' wanted to elevate the quality of the entire customer brand experience to be on par with the perceived/real quality of their sandwiches and to evolve their image as a fresh, hip sub concept with Italian passion at a build-out cost in line with existing budgets.
Solution: Tesser's strategic insights led to the creation of an exciting brand personality with a comprehensive program that began with a new logo, symbol, and "MMMM...TOASTY" tagline. Tesser's sleek new store interiors work together with promotions and collateral to support the new Quiznos brand positioning. The look is warm and modern while managing to stay within a strict financial model allowing the chain to triple in size since the rebrand.
