Opportunity: Hot Dog on a Stick is a Southern California icon featuring corn dogs, lemonade, and mile-high striped jockey hats. Theatrics have always been part of the concept, but the carnival atmosphere was pushing quality into the shadows.
Solution: Tesser's comprehensive rebrand and store design put the food back on center stage, showcasing "fresh stomped" lemonade and hand-dipped hot dogs. Signature stripes add punch to the updated environment, packaging system, and uniforms, while the art pack and identity celebrates generations of Hotdogger Girls. How do Hotdoggers like it? "Hats off!" they say.
