Opportunity: With the Blizzard as its crowning glory, Dairy Queen's customers had a tendency to forget about the rest of the menu. But continuing its reign as one of the top fast-food chains meant DQ needed to sell a lot more than just frozen deserts.

Solution: Create a better menu board. Tesser's new system simplified and consolidated the menu, emphasizing meal combos while eliminating underperforming SKUs. Appealing photography for every item makes this the first all-visual menu board among large chains. With higher sales and brisk drive-thru line speeds, franchisees and customers alike are giving the new design a royal reception!
